    What are the insulated performances?

    Isothermal Cold Cups keep drinks cold for 12 hours, iced (with ice cubes) for 24 hours and hot for 6 hours.

    Caution: For hot drinks, do not use the lid with straw. Remove or replace the straw lid with a suitable one.

    Can I put hot drinks in the insulated Cold Cups?

    Cold Cups are isothermal products, so they keep both hot and cold.
    - If you want to use it cold: you can use the lid with the straw.
    - If you also want to use it for heating: use the slide cap sold as an accessory.

    Beware of the risk of burns with the stainless steel straw: do not use the lid with straw for hot drinks.

    Are insulated Cold Cups leak-proof?

    Insulated Cold Cups are fitted with an anti-spill cap to prevent spills when dropped or on the move. However, they are not 100% waterproof because of the straw.
    Do not put in a bag, as they may leak.

    How to maintain and clean your product?

    On first use and after each use, wash your container in warm, soapy water. Simply remove the lid and use a sponge. Rinse thoroughly and leave the open container upside down to dry. Do not put your product in the dishwasher.

    Cela fait des années que j achète et utilise des gourdes qwetch. Jamais eu de soucis, celle ci est plus destinée à être utiliser sans transport car elle n’est pas hermétiqu ou bien il faut la transporter droite. Son anse rend plus agréable son utilisation.

    Bonjour, Je suis globalement satisfaite de mon achat.
    Toutefois il serait intéressant de préciser le contenu, car j’ai acheté un bouchon couvercle pour paille par sécurité hors la cold cup avait déjà un deuxième bouchon à l’interieur que j'ai découvert à la réception du colis.
    Aussi c'est dommage de ne pas proposer de bouchon de paille pour ce modèle.
