You have 30 days after delivery of your parcel to request a return. Here's how to do it:

1. complete and include the retraction form in the parcel, which you can download here.

2. Make your return request by accessing the returns interface. Click on Make a return below, enter your order number (e.g. #S121062) and your e-mail address.
