    What are the insulated performances?

    Our meal packs keep hot food hot for 5 hours and cold food cold for 7 hours.

    Our tests: To guarantee this performance, we test with a liquid at 95°C, in a closed container, at room temperature (20°C) for 6 hours. In real life, several factors can influence the final temperature of your food: the initial temperature of your food, the quantity, the texture (liquid or solid), external conditions, and how often the container is opened.

    How to clean Qwetch containers?

    On first use and after each use, wash your container and its cap with warm, soapy water (mild detergent).
    Rinse thoroughly and leave the open container upside down to dry.

    Is the product leakproof?

    Yes, this product is 100% leakproof thanks to the silicone seal in the cap.

    Are insulated lunch boxes dishwasher- or microwave-safe?

    No, insulated lunch boxes are neither microwave nor oven-safe. Nor do we recommend putting them in the dishwasher, as this could damage them. To clean, simply use hot soapy water and/or baking soda with a soft sponge.

    Boîte repas isotherme Wood

    Je suis très déçue par la boîte repas isotherme Wood.
    Au niveau esthétique, je n'ai rien à reprocher.
    Par contre pour le maintien au chaud c'est très décevant!
    J'ai déjà une gourde de 1 litre avec laquelle je n'ai pas de soucis, elle garde très bien la chaleur toute la journée.
    La boîte repas, malgré toutes les consignes appliquées pour maintenir le repas au chaud, il est tiède/ froid au bout de 4-5h...pas très agréable quand on mange dehors et vu le prix du produit aussi.
    La version décathlon achetée il y a quelques années est beaucoup plus efficace et moins chère.
    Déçue.
