How to use the filters ?

The short filter is for long infusions. Put your plants, herbs or fruit directly into the teapot and close with the short filter.
The long filter is for short tea infusions. Leave your tea to infuse for a few minutes, then place the long filter on its stainless steel cup.

How to clean Qwetch containers?

On first use and after each use, wash your container and its cap with warm, soapy water (mild detergent).
Rinse thoroughly and leave the open container upside down to dry.

Is the product dishwasher- or microwave-safe?

No, do not put in microwave or conventional oven.

Achetée après avoir casser ma gourde (après 12000 chutes on entend comme des petits morceaux de verres ou autre qui se baladent dans la "doublure"). Je ne regrette pas mon achat. C'est beaucoup plus facile à nettoyer que ce soit la théière en elle-même et surtout l'infuseur. Je prépare le thé le soir pour gagner un peu de temps le matin, c'est encore bien chaud et si je n'ai pas terminé je l'emmène et c'est toujours à bonne température en milieu de matinée. La couleur est très belle et avec la personnalisation elle est juste top.

J’adore, pratique et jolie

Étanchéité inefficace et non garantie !!!

A part le design et la large ouverture avec le filtre efficace sur lesquels il n'y a rien à redire, je suis extrêmement déçue de l'aspect hermétique, lequel clairement ne fonctionne pas.
Tout juste penché, il y a des gouttelettes qui fuient. C'est décevant pour le tarif d'autant plus que dans la description il est indiqué "étanchéité garantie "!!!!
