Simply allow one Solid Drinks tablet to dissolve in a large glass of still or sparkling water, or a flask of around 400-600ml. Wait a few minutes for complete dissolution. You can then enjoy your sugar-free, vitamin-enriched flavored water, adding a few ice cubes for added freshness.

Once prepared from a Solid Drinks tablet, the drink can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, although the intensity of taste may diminish. Your bag of Solid Drinks, once opened, will keep for up to 30 days, if tightly closed and protected from humidity, heat and light. WARNING: tablets are very sensitive to humidity!

We recommend dissolving 1 tablet in 400 to 600 ml of water. The total amount of water can be adjusted to suit individual tastes: the less water, the stronger the taste.
To find out how much water to pour in, you can test the taste by preparing the drink according to the recommendation below: first dissolve in a small amount of water, then adjust the volume of water to get the right dilution.
