    How to use
    To get the most out of your Mug, we recommend that you keep these 3 essential steps in mind when using it:

    #1 : Remove the Mug's lid.

    #2 : Pour your favorite beverage into the container up to below the screw thread, without exceeding the filling capacity.

    #3 : Replace the Mug's lid, closing it securely. If your drink exceeds 80°C, leave the lid open for 3 to 4 minutes to allow the drink to cool and avoid any risk of scalding.

    Please note: To avoid splashes and leaks, close the lid tightly and do not shake the product. Transport in an upright position is recommended.

    Are insulated mugs waterproof?

    Insulated Mugs feature an anti-spill lid with a sliding closure system, to prevent spillage in the event of sudden movement or during a journey. However, they are not watertight. Do not put in a bag, as they may leak.

    What is the isothermal performance?

    Insulated Mugs and Travel Mugs keep drinks cold for 12 hours and hot for 6 hours.

    How to clean and maintain the Teapot filter?

    Always allow the filter to cool before handling it.

    Clean the filter with a soft sponge or brush, covering all interior and exterior surfaces, without rubbing directly with your fingers.

    If residue remains stuck between the filter and its upper part, soak it in warm water with a little soap, then brush with the sponge.

    How to clean Qwetch containers?

    On first use and after each use, wash your container and its cap with warm, soapy water (mild detergent).
    Rinse thoroughly and leave the open container upside down to dry.

    Le mug est super, beau design, il tient chaud longtemps et la capacité parfaite. Le seul regret est qu'il n'est pas étanche. Le même avec un couvercle étanche et c'est le best

    Le Mug Personnalisé

    Très beau produit, peut-être un chouïa petit pour moi. Le mug la tisanière est lui un peu grand, dommage donc qu’il n’y ait pas de taille entre 350 et 470ml.
    En revanche le mug est de très bonne qualité, capuchon facile à mettre en place et à retirer. L’ouverture par glissière pour boire est bien, facile d’utilisation mais attention à ne pas dépasser le niveau du liquide sinon ça passe un peu 😬
    Ce sera pour moi plus un mug qui restera sur mon lieu de travail pour garder ma boisson au chaud qu’un mug de transport. Vu la qualité et l’apparence des produits qwetch je pense que j’investirais prochainement dans un autre travel mug de 470ml du coup - qui peut plus, peut le moins en fait. La personnalisation du mug est top, petits logos sympas qui accompagnent votre prénom.
