    What are the insulated performances?

    Insulated stainless steel bottles 260ml, 350ml, 500ml, 600ml, 750ml and 1L keep 12 hours hot and 24 hours cold.
    The 1.5L and 2L stainless steel insulated bottles keep for 16 hours hot and 48 hours cold.

    How to maintain and clean your product?

    On first use and after each use, wash your container with warm soapy water. The use of a brush is recommended. Rinse thoroughly and leave the open container upside down to dry.

    Are the bottles leakproof?

    Yes, insulated bottles are leakproof thanks to the silicone seal in the cap. Don't hesitate to check that the seal is present and correctly positioned. If necessary, seals are available for sale as spare parts.

    Is the product dishwasher- or microwave-safe?

    No, do not put in microwave or conventional oven.

    J'ai beaucoup apprécié la clarté et toutes les explications techniques fournies sur votre site internet. Lorsque qu'on consulte celui-ci on se sent directement en confiance et on ressent le sérieux du la société. Rien n'est caché pas même pas le "made in china". Cela à au moins le mérite d'être clair. J'apprécie.
    Le produit est conforme à votre description.
    2 petites remarques:
    1)Au niveau de la décoration de vos bouteilles isothermique vous pourriez peut-être avoir un peu plus de choix de décorations "peps" même si je conçoit que c'est parfois difficile et dangereux de suivre la mode. Sachez toutefois que la décoration de la bouteille a aussi joué dans mon choix (un cadeau pour une sportive avec de la personnalité)
    2)le délai d'envoi mentionné sur votre site a été scrupuleusement suivi. C'est très appréciable. Il faudrait peut-être juste mieux protéger votre emballage carton avec un isolant à bulles car l'emballage de votre bouteille a été endommagé lors du transport heureusement sans conséquence pour le produit. C'est toutefois moche d'offrir à quelqu'un un cadeau dont l'emballage est endommagé.
