You'll find new products that aren't perfect but are 100% Qwetch—with damaged packaging or no box at all. Preserving these products despite their imperfections means refusing waste—and making a choice that makes even more sense.

What does “New without original box” mean?
It means the box is damaged or missing, but inside is a 100% Qwetch product: new, intact, and ready to last.

What does “Fair: scratches or dents” mean?
These products have purely cosmetic defects: scratches, scuffs, small dents... sometimes quite visible.

What are the insulated performances?

Insulated stainless steel bottles 260ml, 350ml, 500ml, 600ml, 750ml and 1L keep 12 hours hot and 24 hours cold.
The 1.5L and 2L stainless steel insulated bottles keep for 16 hours hot and 48 hours cold.

How to maintain and clean your product?

On first use and after each use, wash your container with warm soapy water. The use of a brush is recommended. Rinse thoroughly and leave the open container upside down to dry.

Are the bottles leakproof?

Yes, insulated bottles are leakproof thanks to the silicone seal in the cap. Don't hesitate to check that the seal is present and correctly positioned. If necessary, seals are available for sale as spare parts.

Is the product dishwasher- or microwave-safe?

No, do not put in microwave or conventional oven.
