How to maintain and clean your product?

On first use and after each use, wash your container with warm soapy water. The use of a brush is recommended. Rinse thoroughly and leave the open container upside down to dry.

Yes, insulated bottles are leakproof thanks to the silicone seal in the cap. Don't hesitate to check that the seal is present and correctly positioned. If necessary, seals are available for sale as spare parts.

Bouchon non étanche

Je suis navrée de devoir vous déconseiller ce produit, le bouchon n'est absolument pas étanche et la gourde fait fuire des gouttes par-ci par-là pendant le transport. Pour le prix, je trouve ça décevant de ne pas être tranquille pendant le trajet par peur que l'eau innonde mon sac....
