It means the box is damaged or missing, but inside is a 100% Qwetch product: new, intact, and ready to last.

What does “Fair: scratches or dents” mean?
These products have purely cosmetic defects: scratches, scuffs, small dents... sometimes quite visible.

Splendide. J'en avais déjà une toute inox mais hélas plus étanche et j'ai opté pour la noire avec une personnalisation. J'adore
Je viens de tester les pastilles, elles restent encore chères mais sinon elles parfument bien l'eau. Perso j'en mets 1 et demie pour 1 litre.
J'en avais offert une blanche à ma fille il y a quelques années maintenant qu'elle utilise encore et mon mari à la sienne, kaki.
