It means the box is damaged or missing, but inside is a 100% Qwetch product: new, intact, and ready to last.

What does “Fair: scratches or dents” mean?
These products have purely cosmetic defects: scratches, scuffs, small dents... sometimes quite visible.

Top comme qualité et garde bien ma boisson fraiche même en restant dans la voiture plusieurs heures.
Seul bémol : la couleur "bleu nuit", ça tire plus sur un turquoise que sur un bleu foncé

Excellente bouteille isotherme

J'ai converti toute la famille aux bouteilles Qwetch. De mon côté je ne bois que de l'eau très fraiche et c'est la seule bouteille isotherme que j'ai trouvé qui me donne satisfaction sur une longue durée. De plus le service client est très bien. Un mail et vous êtes pris en charge. Merci encore :)

Kalte Getränke bleiben 12 Stunden kalt auch, wenn die Flasche "aus Versehen" im Auto an der prallen Sonne liegen gelassen wird.
Heisse Getränke bleiben genau so lange heiss.
