How to maintain and clean your product?

On first use and after each use, wash your container with warm soapy water. The use of a brush is recommended. Rinse thoroughly and leave the open container upside down to dry.

Yes, insulated bottles are leakproof thanks to the silicone seal in the cap. Don't hesitate to check that the seal is present and correctly positioned. If necessary, seals are available for sale as spare parts.

Bonjour, j’ai commandé pour l’anniversaire de mon fils une gourde pour lui et sa sœur. Une des deux fuit lorsqu’elle est penchée, ce qui est très décevant. J’avais en effet acheté ces gourdes car j’avais déjà été confronté à des gourdes non étanches pour l école. La fuite se fait au niveau du bec verseur. Le reste est tout à fait conforme.
