Insulated stainless steel bottles 260ml, 350ml, 500ml, 600ml, 750ml and 1L keep 12 hours hot and 24 hours cold.
The 1.5L and 2L stainless steel insulated bottles keep for 16 hours hot and 48 hours cold.

How to maintain and clean your product?

On first use and after each use, wash your container with warm soapy water. The use of a brush is recommended. Rinse thoroughly and leave the open container upside down to dry.

Are the bottles leakproof?

Yes, insulated bottles are leakproof thanks to the silicone seal in the cap. Don't hesitate to check that the seal is present and correctly positioned. If necessary, seals are available for sale as spare parts.

Is the product dishwasher- or microwave-safe?

No, do not put in microwave or conventional oven.

Dès la première sortie avec la gourde, les illustrations ont été abîmées. Même en faisant très attention, elles s'en vont au moindre contact avec un élément extérieur. Je l'ai depuis 2 semaines mais elle est déjà trop abimée, vu le prix c'est très dommage. Je n'ai même pas eu le temps de profiter d'avoir ube gourde neuve. Elle était très belle à la réception au moins...

je ne suis pas satisfaite du tout et pourtant c'est pas 3eme bouteille chez qwetch. concernant le produit je n'ai rien à dire. Mais concernant l'aide du site pour choisir le bouchon adapté à la bouteille déjà présente dans le panier, c'est un zéro pointé car une fois livré le bouchon de rentre pas dans le goulot malgré qu'il soit soit disant adapté à une bouteille en 500ml.
impossible de faire une demande de retour via leur nouveau prestataire qui est "shop" malgré l'existence de l'onglet "gérer mes commandes".
De plus, cherchant désespérément sur le site officiel, je m'aperçois que ne n'ai pas bénéficier de la livraison gratuite à partir de 35 euros d'achat. Ma commande était bien supérieure est j'ai payé 6 euros de livraison via "shop".
Ma confiance en la marque Qwetch a disparue.
