    What are the insulated performances?

    Insulated stainless steel bottles 260ml, 350ml, 500ml, 600ml, 750ml and 1L keep 12 hours hot and 24 hours cold.
    The 1.5L and 2L stainless steel insulated bottles keep for 16 hours hot and 48 hours cold.

    How to maintain and clean your product?

    On first use and after each use, wash your container with warm soapy water. The use of a brush is recommended. Rinse thoroughly and leave the open container upside down to dry.

    Are the bottles leakproof?

    Yes, insulated bottles are leakproof thanks to the silicone seal in the cap. Don't hesitate to check that the seal is present and correctly positioned. If necessary, seals are available for sale as spare parts.

    Is the product dishwasher- or microwave-safe?

    No, do not put in microwave or conventional oven.

    Qualité, prise en mains facile (pas trop lourde) et surtout écologique et économique (on peut changer le bouchon ou que le joint).

    Suite à un défaut de maintient au chaud de ma gourde après une année de d'utilisation, j'ai contacté le service client qui a été très réactif,. Il m'a proposé un test de contrôle à distance et après quelques échanges courtois par mail m'a renvoyé une gourde neuve en quelques jours . Je suis très satisfaite
    Nb: Mon conjoint a la même gourde depuis 1 an 1/2 et qui fonctionne très bien!
