    What are the insulated performances?

    Insulated stainless steel bottles 260ml, 350ml, 500ml, 600ml, 750ml and 1L keep 12 hours hot and 24 hours cold.
    The 1.5L and 2L stainless steel insulated bottles keep for 16 hours hot and 48 hours cold.

    How to maintain and clean your product?

    On first use and after each use, wash your container with warm soapy water. The use of a brush is recommended. Rinse thoroughly and leave the open container upside down to dry.

    Are the bottles leakproof?

    Yes, insulated bottles are leakproof thanks to the silicone seal in the cap. Don't hesitate to check that the seal is present and correctly positioned. If necessary, seals are available for sale as spare parts.

    Is the product dishwasher- or microwave-safe?

    No, do not put in microwave or conventional oven.

    Bouchon qui fuit déçu

    Bonjour, j’ai acheté une gourde inox 600 ml dans une épicerie Bio près de chez moi et le bouchon a tout de suite perdu de l’eau. La responsable en a commandé un autre qui fonctionne très bien (une semaine d'utilisation) mais cela n’a pas été pris sous garantie. À mon avis, c’était un défaut car le nouveau a tout de suite faite un bruit de renifleur dès la première utilisation contrairement au premier. Un peu déçu d’avoir dû payer pour le nouveau alors que je n’en suis pour rien. De plus, les deux anses n’ont pas tenues sans pourtant autant les avoir utilisées comme accroches.
