    What are the insulated performances?

    Our meal packs keep hot food hot for 5 hours and cold food cold for 7 hours. To maximize the life of your isotherm, make sure your container is as full as possible.

    How to clean Qwetch containers?

    On first use and after each use, wash your container and its cap with warm, soapy water (mild detergent).
    Rinse thoroughly and leave the open container upside down to dry.

    Is the product leakproof?

    Yes, this product is 100% leakproof thanks to the silicone seal in the cap.

    Are insulated lunch boxes dishwasher- or microwave-safe?

    No, insulated lunch boxes are neither microwave nor oven-safe. Nor do we recommend putting them in the dishwasher, as this could damage them. To clean, simply use hot soapy water and/or baking soda with a soft sponge.

    Très bonne boîte à repas.

    Bonne capacité, tiens bien au chaud le repas à condition de chauffer les parois avant avec de l’eau brûlante. Sinon c’est les aliments qui vont réchauffer les parois et donc refroidir. (c’est le même principe que les assiettes chaudes dans les restaurants).
    Je fais la même chose dans ma gourde Qwetch pour garder mon café bien chaud toute la journée.
    Le point négatif, est que le bouchon de la boîte à repas est équipé d’une valve de décompression et que pendant le lavage l’eau s’infiltre dedans est reste à stagner. Pour la sécher complètement, il faut enlever la valve avec une pointe de couteau. Le modèle plus petit que j’ai également ne l’a pas et c’est plus hygiénique.
    Le SAV est très réactif et compréhensif car j’ai eu un problème de bouchon qui tournait dans le vide et ils ont fait un envoi d’une boite neuve.
