Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will be informed by e-mail with the logistics tracking number. You can track the progress of your parcel at any time using the tracking number on the corresponding carrier's website.

If the product is not to your liking, or if you've simply changed your mind, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return it. Only non-personalized products in perfect condition, unused and in their original boxes will be accepted.

Once your package has been received in our warehouse and your item has been validated by us, the refund will take place within a maximum period of 15 days.
