Our non-insulated bottles are manufactured in our partner factories in China.

Care & use

Do not use with hot liquids. It is a non-insulated product.
Do not put in the dishwasher, oven, microwave or freezer.
Clean before each use.
Clean with warm soapy water and/or with baking soda using a non-abrasive element.
Let it dry heads down.
Store with lid removed.
Careful, hot liquids or hot foods can burn: use the product with caution.
Do not overfill. Fill to just below the threading in the body.
To prevent spills and leaking, properly and fully tighten the lid to ensure an airtight seal. Transport upright is recommended.

Are the bottles leakproof?

Yes, our bottles are leakproof thanks to silicone seals placed on lids.

Your bottle is leaking? Do not hesitate to check that the seal is present and positioned. If necessary, the seals are available for sale as spare parts.

How to clean Qwetch products?

Clean your products and spare parts before the initial use and after each use. Clean with warm soapy water (mild detergent).
Rinse thoroughly and let it dry heads down.

Do insulated bottles go in the microwave or dishwasher?

No. Do not put in the microwave nor in the oven. Do not put in the dishwasher.

Where are the products made?

Our products are ethically and responsibly made in China, in selected factories and managed very closely by our Chinese team and ourselves.
Engravings are done in France.

Are the raw materials used safe?

The rigorous selection of raw materials such as glass, stainless steel 304 18/8 and BPA-free PP5, allows Qwetch to say that its products are the safest alternative to plastic and aluminium containers, made of phthalates and endocrine disruptors, proven to be harmful to your health.

Is this bottle insulated?

No, due to its single wall, this bottle is not insulated.

How are the bottles personalised?

Our engraving workshop is located in France (in Alsace).
The engraving removes the paint layer to let the stainless steel appear. The preview is for information only, the size of the engraving may vary depending on the size of the bottle. There may be a difference between the computer preview and the end product.

You can choose up to 14 engraved characters including the following characters: _!?.>#&<\

Qwetch's pattern and logo are on one side of the product, the engraving will be done on the other side.
