Care & use

Do not put in the dishwasher, oven, microwave, or freezer.
Clean before each use.
Clean with warm soapy water and/or with baking soda using a non-abrasive cleaner.
Leave to dry upside down.
Store with lid removed.
Careful, hot liquids or hot foods can burn: use the product with caution.
Do not overfill. Fill up to just below the bottle’s screw thread.
To prevent it from spilling and leaking, properly tighten the lid to ensure an airtight seal. Transport upright is recommended.

Our insulated bottles keep your drinks hot for 12 hours and cold for 24 hours.

Are the bottles leakproof?

Yes, our insulated bottles are leakproof thanks to the silicone seal placed on lids.

Your bottle is leaking? Do not hesitate to check that the seal is present and positioned. If necessary, the seals are available for sale as spare parts.

How to clean a bottle?

Clean your bottle and spare parts before the first use and after each use. Clean with warm soapy water (mild detergent).
Rinse thoroughly and leave it to dry upside down.

Can insulated bottles go in the microwave or dishwasher?

No. Do not put it in the microwave nor in the oven. Do not put it in the dishwasher either.
