Yes, the majority of Qwetch containers are leakproof thanks to silicone gaskets placed on lids. Please make sure to read the product’s description to see if your product is leakproof.

Clean your products and spare parts before the initial use and after each use. Clean with warm soapy water (mild detergent).
Rinse thoroughly and let it dry heads down.
For a deep clean, we recommend using a tea spoon of baking soda, warm water and a cleaning brush. If needed, let the baking soda sit for a few hours before rinsing.
Caution: do not use abrasive products to clean, it may spoil your containers.

Do not put in the microwave nor in the oven.
Do not put in the dishwasher.

Insulated containers are ethically and responsibly made in China, in selected factories and managed very closely by our Chinese team and ourselves.
We work with our Chinese team who is constantly in touch with the manufactures. We also visit several times a year to discuss with engineers and find ways to make each product better and more efficient. Qwetch has several quality controls during production processes, made by independent laboratories (SGS international…), regarding raw material quality, compliance monitoring and quality of final products before departing for France. We choose factories for their quality and social engagement

Our organic cotton accessories are certified GOTS, designed in France and made in India by an ethical cooperative Les Mouettes Vertes.
The Cork sleeves are designed in France and made in Portugal by artisans.

    To receive your package in 24 hours, you must place your order before 12 pm from Monday to Friday.


FOD (French Overseas Departments) :

FOD are subjects to taxes and custom duties payable by the client at reception of the parcel.


International :

  • Home delivery with signature: 15 € (tax included if applicable). Countries of the European Union not listed above & Schengen Area.


Taxes and custom duties

Customs duties, taxes and various dues or impositions payable on importing goods are the client’s responsibility on reception of the parcel. The total of these taxes depends on the regulations in force in each destination country. We cannot inform the client of their exact amount. It is up to the client, therefore, to obtain the necessary information from the local authorities.

Orders are shipped within 24h to 3 days (depending on the products and holiday periods) following their confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm or during the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Note: be aware of an extra 48h delay with personalized products and bottles from the Summer, Winter, Tropical and Unicorn collections.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days upon reception of your order, for all products* bought on the e-shop

    *Personalized products are finale sale and cannot be returned. If your personalize product is defective upon reception, please contact us directly.


    Return conditions

    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
    • Include the return form, available here, with the package.
    • Place the product and its original packaging in a box for shipping.

    Shipping and handling costs (to the Qwetch logistics center) are the client’s responsibility. Qwetch is not responsible for lost packages, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and signature.

    Returns are accepted for foreign customers, please reffer to the listed conditions overhead.

    Nb : If you bought Qwetch products through a reseller, please contact them directly.

Once the package is received, the product will be inspected and validated for the return eligibility. When the return is confirmed, the refund will be facilitated within 14 days, on the original form of payment. If you have any questions regarding your refund, please contact us with your order number.


wetch guarantees its products for 2 years against manufacturing defaults, upon reception date.

The non-respect of the use & care conditions voids the warranty. These conditions are searchable on every product page of the e-shop In case of a default on a “limited series” or “customization” product, Qwetch cannot guarantee to replace it by a similar product. If the default is linked to a spare part (sealing joint, lid, filter…), only the said spare part will be replaced.

To make a claim, please get in touch through our contact form and attach:

  • a proof of purchase,
  • a description of the problem encountered,
  • detailed photos of the product.

Before making a claim, please verify these 3 tabs hereunder:

To verify if your product keeps hot, pour hot water in your container and close the lid. After 5 min, feel the outer part of the product. If you feel several hot areas, then your product is not insulated. The insulation (hot or cold conservation) is guaranteed if the product is intact, without any impact and if it does not keep hot nor cold upon reception.

Make sure the sealing joint is well positionned and the lid properly closed. The leakproofness is guaranteed if the product is intact, without any impact.

All defaults linked directly to a problem of transport are guaranteed. It is necessary to keep proof of the damaged cardboard and packaging, and a picture of the Colissimo or UPS label to proceed with the claim.
