    Packages are usually shipped within 24 hours to 3 days (Depending on the products and periods of high crowds) depending on your order. An order placed on Friday after 12 noon or during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday.

    Returns are accepted within a period of 30 days after receipt of the order.

    Personalized products cannot be modified, returned or exchanged (final sale). If your personalized product is defective upon receipt, please contact us directly at contact@qwetch.com.

    • The product must not be used and in its original package.
    • Include the withdrawal form, downloadable herewith the package.

    What are the isothermal performance of Qwetch containers? + -

    Qwetch products are manufactured by specialists whose manufacturing techniques and materials used allow us to guarantee very high results of conservation in hot and cold.     Yes you can put soft drinks in the Qwetch bottles.

    Be careful by removing the plug, the pressure of carbonated drinks could make it “jump”.

    Also, we recommend that you clean the containers with hot soapy water after each use. For deep cleaning, you can use a bottle for bottle with hot water mixed with baking soda.

    Are Qwetch containers waterproof? + -
    The majority of QWETCH containers are waterproof thanks to the silicone seal present on the cap or the cover.

    Do Qwetch containers go to the microwave and dishwasher? + -

    Our bottles, meal boxes, teaters, Travel Mugs do not go to the microwave, traditional oven or dishwasher.

    Only The catering box in stainless steel, made in France, passes:

    • in the microwave (without the lid) according to standard NF D21-314
    • in the traditional oven
    • dishwasher
    How to clean QWETCH containers? + -
    When first use and after each use,Wash all the rooms with warm soapy water (Sweet detergent).
    Rinse thoroughly and allow the container to dry, head down.
    For in -depth wash, we recommend hand washing, using a bottle, a mixture of water and a teaspoon of food baking soda.
    If necessary, let soak several hours before rinsing.
    Attention :Do not use abrasives To clean at the risk of deteriorating the product.
    Why are some of our products not customizable? + -

    Sometimes some of our products are not customizable. But why ? There are 3 scenarios:

    • Either this is a new product and it is being tested at our Alsatian engraver. If the test turns out to be qualitative, it will soon be available for engraving;
    • Either the design patterns do not allow properly readable engraving;
    • Either the product material does not allow engraving (for example our glass teapots are, in fact, not customizable).

     

    Where are QWETCH and accessories products made? + -

    The isothermal containers are made in China, where their daily use is a tradition. Our team collaborates live, and over time, with a limited number of meticulously chosen factories and specialized in their field.
    We have 2 China -based employees who have a permanent relationship with factories. In addition, we go on site regularly to think with engineers how to constantly improve products. Finally, we set up successive quality controls that we have independent organizations (SGS International, etc.) carried out on several levels of the chain:
    Tests on the quality of the raw material upstream of production.
    Tests of conformity in terms of food migration upstream and downstream of production.
    Quality control before each departure of the goods to our warehouses.

    The single wall stainless steel catering box is made in France.
    All our products are then, on request, personalized in France and some are also decorated in this same workshop.

    Our lids evolve towards more versatility and circularity + -

    The traffic jams of our isothermal bottles are evolving to adapt to new uses and to allow those who wish to easily equip themselves with an infuser. These new traffic jams have been designed to directly screw the infuser accessory and thus infuse your tea, flavor or even purify your water. A plug rather than two: pre-equip our isothermal bottles with this cap also helps reduce our impact and prevent a plug from being unnecessarily found at the bottom of your drawer!

The isothermal containers are made in China, where their daily use is a tradition. Our team collaborates live, and over time, with a limited number of meticulously chosen factories and specialized in their field.
We have 2 China -based employees who have a permanent relationship with factories. In addition, we go on site regularly to think with engineers how to constantly improve products. Finally, we set up successive quality controls that we have independent organizations (SGS International, etc.) carried out on several levels of the chain:
Tests on the quality of the raw material upstream of production.
Tests of conformity in terms of food migration upstream and downstream of production.
Quality control before each departure of the goods to our warehouses.

The single wall stainless steel catering box is made in France.
All our products are then, on request, personalized in France and some are also decorated in this same workshop.

The traffic jams of our isothermal bottles are evolving to adapt to new uses and to allow those who wish to easily equip themselves with an infuser. These new traffic jams have been designed to directly screw the infuser accessory and thus infuse your tea, flavor or even purify your water. A plug rather than two: pre-equip our isothermal bottles with this cap also helps reduce our impact and prevent a plug from being unnecessarily found at the bottom of your drawer!

Started in 2022, this approach is progressive, some models of bottles are likely not to offer this development yet.

Solid Drinks can be consumed at any time of day. Simply dilute a Solid Drink in a glass or flask filled with still or sparkling water. Wait a few minutes for complete aromatization, then enjoy wherever and whenever you like.
What's the purpose of each ingredient? + -
1. We use natural, organic fruit flavours to bring you drinks with a variety of fruit flavours.
2. To compress our ingredients into lozenges, we use organic maltodextrin and organic manioc starch.

No, none of our recipes contain sweeteners. We've designed our products to be as natural and healthy as possible. Qwetch Solid Drinks also contain no added sugar, are gluten-free, vegan and certified organic.
Are Solid Drinks suitable for pregnant women? + -
Only the Exotic Fruits (Boost) recipe is not recommended for pregnant women, as guarana naturally contains caffeine (6mg).
Can Solid Drinks be used in sparkling water? + -
Solid Drinks products are compatible with sparkling water.

Your product has been damaged during transport + -
Any defect linked to a transport problem is guaranteed. It is necessary to keep proof of the damaged cardboard as well as a photo of the Colissimo or UPS label in order to carry out the complaint.
Your product is not waterproof + -
Make sure the seal is well positioned and the container well closed. The tightness is guaranteed if the product has not been shocked.
If you want to replace the seal of your product, because you have lost it or it is damaged, go to the category "detached pieces“.
Your product does not keep hot or cold + -

To check if your product keeps warm, pour hot water into your container before closing it. After 5 min, touch the outside of the container. If you feel strong heat areas, your product is not isothermal.

Qwetch guarantees its products for 2 years From the date of receipt, for any manufacturing defect.

Failure to comply with the conditions of use and maintenance leads to the cancellation of the guarantee. The conditions can be viewed on each product sheet of the store www.qwetch.com. In the event of a defect on a product of a "limited series" or "personalization", Qwetch does not guarantee to be able to provide the same product.
