How to make a return ?

Returns are accepted within a period of 30 days after receipt of the order.

During the holiday season, returns are extended until 31/01/2024.

Personalized products cannot be modified, returned or exchanged (final sale). If your personalized product is defective upon receipt, please contact us directly at contact@qwetch.com.

Return conditions:

• The product must not be used and in its original package.
• Include the withdrawal form, downloadable here, with the package.
• Put the product and its original packaging in a box for shipping.
• Make a return request via the portal on the link below:

Returns are free* for the following countries: France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal.

*For a purchase voucher. For a refund, 5€ will be deducted per order to generate the return label.

For all other countries, the return costs are at the customer's expense. Please respect the conditions mentioned above and register the return via the portal.

All returned products are inspected on receipt by our logistics department. Processing time is approximately 10 days. If the returned product shows signs of use or does not comply with the return conditions, Qwetch reserves the right not to refund the customer and to return the product (unsaleable) to its recipient.
